Since Bootes didn't have enough lifetime reward points to purchase the Fertility Treatment reward, he constantly brought his baby mama over so he could get her watching the kids' station on television. Tegmine did have the reward, and Bootes knew he would quickly be left behind if he wasn't careful.
Canis has grandma Capella's lifetime wish of reaching Physical Perfection.
Bootes, Tegmine, and Canis threw a feast party. The others thought it was because they wanted the family to be together, but the the main reason was that all the leftovers were gone and no one had learned how to cook yet. The party allowed them to fill up their fridge while they used the extra time to at least learn how to make waffles without burning them.
Bootes went over to his boss' pool party though he knew his house didn't even have a pool. Bootes was chilling upstairs when his boss and one of the vampire ladies attending the party also came upstairs. They hopped right into the bed and began woohooing without a second though of Bootes standing right there.
Poor Bootes wasn't quite sure how to react, and I'm sure he became a little scarred from witnessing such a thing.
The babies finally started to come. Bootes' baby mama gave birth to twins- Antwon and Cameron. Antwon only inherited the purple eyes with Cameron not getting anything.
Tegmine's first children was a set of triplets- Trina, Keli, and George. Yet again, one lone thing was inherited. That was Keli getting the blue hair.
When Tegmine isn't getting to know Bridgeport's women better, he spends his hours working out and tinkering with the appliances around the house. Both he and Canis are going to be very buff when they finally reach their dreams.
Bootes and Canis were feeling cooped up so they took a trip out to the winter festival. It was a really foggy day and no one else was there. The two had a good time filling up the festival grounds with snowmen.
After some more babies were born, Tegmine became the father to another set of twins. The mother looked a lot more attractive in her portrait. I was not very happy when I saw that Philip and Clyde weren't the best looking toddlers in town. Still, Clyde was the first heir. I renamed him Cancer (the constellation not the disease) and brought him into the household. Tegmine kept trying in hopes of getting a more attractive heir.
Tegmine decided to make things difficult for me. He glitched out while he was at work. It said he was working, but his points bar wasn't filling up and he only stood outside city hall. I had to reset him several times before he finally cooperated and went to work like he was supposed to.
Due to Tegmine having to work from early in the morning to the early afternoon, his schedule was so different from Cancer's that he never had enough time or energy to look after him. That left the child-rearing strictly up to Bootes and Canis. With Cancer being a fussy tot, they weren't the happiest.
More babies were born. Then came along this little cutie. Originally named Melodie, she became Chara Starr and (what I thought at the time) the official Starr heir.
Cancer had his birthday. He moved to go live with his mother and brother again.
Tegmine was happy to have a pretty looking heir for him to not raise.
Snowflake Day arrived. You know what that means. Gift giving party! I was a bit disappointed at first because only a few people showed up. Then there was a bunch of late-comers and I felt better.
I swear, Hamal is seriously immortal. He absolutely refuses to die. I have the Elder stage set to 2 days in this world. 2 days! Even though he completed a lot of the Athletic achievements, they shouldn't have prolonged his life this long. That's Capella sitting there with the white hair. His daughter caught up to him. She even ended up dying first. Like, what magic resides in Hamal that has given him longevity? It's not like I bought him the age stop reward or whatever that reward is.
Someone brought over hot wings. Everyone handled them pretty well, save for Canis. Tegmine desperately jumped back when flames started blasting out of his brother's mouth. I was afraid the table was going to catch fire like it did during The Goddess' Order. Yes, the big fire in Fire was caused by someone shooting flames out of their mouth after eating ghost chili soup. There's a fun little factoid for you.
Bootes and Canis were tired of completely raising Chara for Tegmine. They came up with a way for him to actually spend time with her while still being full rested for work. Bootes still had a lot of sleeping elixirs created by Alshain that had been passed down to him. When Tegmine got home from work, he would spend the rest of the normal day with his daughter. Then he could take an elixir to get all the sleep he needed for work. Tegmine didn't like the plan, but didn't have much of a choice.
I thought Chara was the last of Tegmine's children to be born, but I missed one of the ladies he had impregnated. She gave birth to triplets, with one of them being a good looking male heir. There was no way I could turn him down. Kasey became Sirius, and also became the true official heir for the Starr line. I decided to keep Chara around because I still liked her a lot. It's also nice to have a girl in a house full of men.
There were some moments when Tegmine just didn't have the time to help out with the toddlers. Bootes and Canis were willing to help out then. Bootes also hoped an heir of his own would be born soon. He didn't want a large gap like what had happened with him and Tegmine and Canis to occur again.
Bootes' hope came true. A female heir was born to him only a couple days later. I liked her original name, Colette, but had to change it to Adhara to keep with my theme. My only disappointment was that Adhara didn't get her daddy's freckles.
Aren't they adorable together?
Bootes ended up having another daughter and heir, Tamera. The house was getting pretty full though, so Tamera stayed with her mother.
