PGC Round 2 Update #18

I could not stand that glitched house any longer. It wasn't seen in the updates, but I had had to place down about four or five new copies because everything kept getting out of hand. Hoping going smaller would work better, I took Procyon and Avior, our two heirs, and placed them down in a new house on a new lot. Hopefully, with the changes, such a move won't be needed again.

In order to cut down on all the chaos in the active household, it was decided that it was time to go back to basics. Procyon and Avior were going to fly free- relying on insemination or the occasional one night stand to create their heirs. The two even shared the same room so that the extra spaces could be saved for any future children instead of having to expand the house.

A few modifications were added to the house to make even more room. Though the home had a relatively retro look to start off with, everything suddenly went futuristic. That was because Procyon had a dream to build Bots, and that endeavor captured my attention even more than the baby-making.

Finding fun in playing the save again, Procyon was given a whole basement lab to work in. He wasted no time exploring his options in what he could create and learn. Being given a day or two off to explore their interests first before they had to get down to business, Procyon focused all his time on his research.

The boys did choose to go old school first. Avior didn't even have to try to get his neighbor who had come to visit into the mood. She was pulling Avior downstairs and into the Bot maker for a nice romp mere minutes after she arrived.

Procyon took a more realistic approach to the whole meeting actual people thing. He invited over one of his acquaintances who he spent several hours talking to before he even became contemplating if he should indeed go this route. In the end, after becoming friends, the two did knock boots in the more traditional bed.

Kelsey might have cheated a little, spawning in some crystal plants for Procyon because having him trying to find the seeds himself would have been far too bothersome. Soon, Procyon was spending almost all of his time in the basement talking to his crystal flowers or staring at their sparkly beauty.

With the fleshy part of the business being taken care of momentarily, Avior used his free time to head to the hospital one evening to make his first donation. It seemed to have been a good time given the smile on his face when he left.

Procyon begrudgingly went as well a day or so later. He was on the brink of creating his first Bot, and he hadn't wanted to be interrupted. His hard work was repaid when his first creation, B.A.S.E, stepped out of the machine. Knowing that his true love was his work and that Avior couldn't be trusted alone with the children for most of the time, Procyon hoped that he could make B.A.S.E an excellent nanny bot by the time the eventual heirs were moved in.

Not long after B.A.S.E'S creation, Procyon got word that his first child had been born. It was a son named Abdul.

Although excited to see that he had purple hair, Abdul was not an heir.

A charismatic man at heart, Avior spent hours in front of the mirror practicing how to woo both women and the people who would support him in his political career.

The boys hadn't been aware that two of the women they slept with actually lived in the same house. Avior got a notice that he had just become the father to a baby girl, and when the camera zoomed down so we could get a look at her it was discovered that the other woman right nearby was about to give birth to Procyon's child.

While waiting for her to pop out her baby to check their heir status all at once, I noticed that B.A.S.E. was able to still use the laptop even though it was broken. Special Bot perks or a sign that we had not escaped the glitches entirely?

Oh, happy day! Both of the children born at that household were heirs! Procyon rushed over right away to pick up his new baby boy, Caph.

B.A.S.E. was synthetically overjoyed to meet the newest member of the household, and his Nanny chip kicked right away as he instantly began playing with Caph the second Procyon set him down.

It was a good thing that B.A.S.E. was around, and that Procyon had produced an heir to carry on his legacy, for poor Procyon got struck by lightning when he went outside to get the bills. Thankfully, a long shower pepped him right back up.

Adamant that Avior be the one to retrieve his daughter, Gomeisa wasn't brought to the household until later in the evening when Avior got out of work.

Left on Free Will, Avior wasn't that bad of a dad to start off with. He went ahead and put his daughter down for bed without complaints as Procyon did the same with Caph.

Caph and Gomeisa's birthday was the same day as Spooky Day, so the adults threw a costume party to celebrate their transformation into little ankle biters!

Unfortunately, the party didn't go off too well. That was because the same old issue of all the Sims coming over being able to route their way through the door came into play again. Most of the visitors stood outside in the rain as they spectacularly failed to form a decent line that would allow them all to get inside in a proper manner.

A select few more were able to work it out though, so there were a few more aunts and uncles to watch Gomeisa take her turn at the cake.

And here is the adorable duo in all their glory.
