It used to be Pawel coming over everyday. Now it's Gino coming over everyday. The next time he appeared, he showed off his fancy chef's hat.
Avalenia's lessons were coming along well, although her learning to talk progressed the slowest. Genevieve would get a tad frustrated from time to time, but the two both pushed through until Avalenia was babbling properly.
Genevieve's attraction to Gino was much different from her attraction to Pawel. With Pawel, she wanted to spend actual time with him. Talk, play games, and the like. All she wanted to do with Gino was woohoo.
The two were constantly flirting, even as Genevieve's baby bump grew.
Gino made time to be proactive, however. He enjoyed giving Avalenia a good tickle and playing with her as she banged out notes on the xylophone.
Growing low on useful potions, Genevieve searched the town after hearing there was an alchemy shop strikingly similar to the one back in her childhood home. She bought a few good things and took relief in getting some time away from the house before her next child came.
First though was Avalenia's birthday. It was a small celebration with only Genevieve, Pawel, and the special birthday girl herself.
She's growing up so fast.
Avalenia and Pawel spent the majority of the day together. They filled hours up just talking, and Avalenia watched her father shown his physical prowess as Gino had done by doing pull-ups on the rock wall.
Genevieve's labor struck that evening.
Gino, having reached the last stage of his life, managed to make it to the hospital in time for the birth and to accompany Genevieve back home with their new baby boy, Arthur.
Feeling exhausted and really wanting an Invigoration elixir, Genevieve took Arthur to the alchemy shop the next day while Avalenia was at school. Genevieve thought the best place to put her son was on the ground outside while she went inside to shop- also getting in Leilan's way as he was there as well.
A trip to the park happened afterwards. Arthur loved the sunshine immensely. Genevieve, who hates the outdoors, wasn't too pleased about the itinerary. She did run into Lynette and Homer though.
There was also an elderly man though. Wanting to see more of what he looked like in his youth, and knowing Monte Vista was a smaller place with not as many men, Genevieve tossed down a Fount of Youth potion.
The guys in this town really have a thing for those sunglasses, don't they? The man was grateful for the extra time in life. Genevieve took his compliments and tacked him onto her list of potential fathers.
Her interest had been more piqued by the man who just arrived at the park, David Haynes.
They hit it off without the need of a potion to further it along, and David was more than down for helping Genevieve with her little task.
The timing was right at that particular moment, though, so Genevieve promised to let him know when that time was. Homer then wandered over to have a conversation and see how things were going.
Genevieve and Arthur got back home at the same time Avalenia got back from school. Genevieve was seriously not pleased I had her outside for so long.
She gladly returned home, placed Arthur down for a nap, and assisted Avalenia with her first batch of homework.
With the passing of another evening, Arthur's birthday arrived. He's a cutie with nice brown eyes to match his brown hair.
Genevieve made some solid progress teaching him before having David come over. Now was the moment to go for some diversity, and David adored the idea of having magic. He was turned into a wizard and got so distracted playing with his new abilities that he forgot his original objective.
Genevieve made sure to remind him, although there still was trouble making headway with the plan. Pawel was over to play with Avalenia for the afternoon. With him wandering around, it made it difficult for the two to get the proper alone time they needed. Pawel eventually wandered off though, and Genevieve and David got to business.
Genevieve could do without this part of the process.
