Capella thought she would have it easy with Pollux and Castor since she had Brendon and Sheratan around. However, Sheratan had to work a lot and Brendon always had to spend extra time tending to his human needs that Capella didn't have to worry about. That meant most of the time, when Pollux and Castor were at their crankiest, it was Capella's turn to watch over them. She was not pleased with the arraignment.
Things were bearable when she only had to deal with one child while Brendon took the other. I wonder if having Dislikes Children increases the time it takes a Sim to teach toddlers skills similarly to how Family-Oriented shortens the length. Capella and Brendon would start teaching Pollux and Castor at the exact same time, but it was so much easier for Brendon to finish. Pollux eventually was all taught by the time Capella taught Castor how to walk.
But once Pollux was taken care of, Capella handed over Castor to Brendon. She instead used the time to work on achieving her dream. Capella really wanted to start learning the martial arts, but since she was pregnant again she had to wait to use the training equipment.
Jade gave birth to twins this time. Sheratan now had a son name Antwon Wolfe,
and a daughter named Brie Wolfe. Neither were an heir. I didn't realize that changing Ara's hair would affect her grandchildren who wouldn't even be conceived for a long time to come. Brie's hair reminds me of cotton candy. Which I had a whole bag of recently since my county's fair was this past weekend. It poured most of the day though, and I got soaked ><
A robber broke into the house, but he ran out after the alarm went off. They always do that now. Before they used to wait until the police arrived, then fought with them, and then would be caught or run away depending on the outcome of the fight.
The Striker spawn that Sheratan impregnated also had twins. The older brother was given the name Willard.
But the younger brother, Chin-Han, was an heir. I have no idea where the dark skin came from though. I checked his mother's family tree and there was no darker-skinned Sims on it. As long as I had the purple hair and eyes though, it didn't matter to me what the skin color was. Chin-Han was renamed Mesarthim Starr, and moved into the household.
Sheratan was at work though, so Brendon was the one who went to pick him up. Since Castor had since been taught his skills as well, Brendon used his spare time to start teaching Mesarthim.
Sheratan eagerly took over once he arrived home. Here is the picture of him and his heir son together.
Then Capella and Brendon's daughter, Auriga, was born later that afternoon. She got Brendon's skin color, and the blue hair and eyes! Capella was excited to have successfully given birth to an heir. It meant Auriga was the last child she would have to deal with. I was pleased that Auriga was an heir because of the connection between her and Capella's name. Capella is a star in the constellation of Auriga. Now that I think about it, it would have made more sense to have used Auriga first as a name. Oh well.

Pollux and Castor had their birthday.
Now that she was free of having to have more children, Capella took the free hours she used to use on the athletic skill she maxed on learning the martial arts instead.
Sheratan's schedule keeps bouncing all over the place as he continues to get promoted. For a while he worked late into the night. When he returned, everyone else was sleeping soundly and there was very little for him to do. He also rarely got to interact with Mesarthim seeing as how Sheratan slept when his son was awake. To effectively make the most of his quiet night, and get promoted to a better schedule slot, Sheratan spent a lot of time reading medical journals.
Pollux and Castor left for boarding school. I was going to keep them around since I didn't have to worry about having the household fill up any more, but then I decided I was too lazy to keep up with them. Pollux went to the Sports Academy while Castor went to the Academy of Love and Peace.
With Sheratan having the night off, and not having to worry so much about their twins now, Capella and Brendon decided to go on a date and spend the entire night out on the town. They visited one of the dance clubs, and it was a mad hot spot! The two of them instantly purchased different drinks to see how their moods would change.
Capella and Brendon went wild. The other people there made use of the dance floor, but Capella suddenly preferred the table instead. Brendon didn't see any reason to complain.
Capella did eventually jump of the table so that she and Brendon could dance together. They enjoyed the music and dancing quite a lot.
However, it didn't take them too long before they found greater interest in the couches and the other's mouth. Capella and Brendon made out until the club closed and sent them away.
They used sleeping elixirs to get a full night's sleep in no time at all. That following morning was Mesarthim and Auriga's birthday. Capella and Brendon had their normal morning woohoo in the shower, and Capella got her breakfast from her husband. Brendon usually went to get his own breakfast right afterwards, but he hung back this time around. He wanted to talk to Capella.
She had to skip the trip to the festival that was planned for after Mesarthim and Auriga became children since she couldn't stand the sun. Brendon admitted that he hated that the two of them could never go out during the day. He was always exhausted by the time night came around, so a lot of the time they couldn't go out then either. But mostly, Brendon didn't want to keep aging while Capella stayed the same. He understood she manipulated him in order to marry him, but surely she loved him now? Did she really want to live forever, and forever alone after he died?
Brendon wanted Capella to forsake her vampire powers.
After a bit of thought, Capella agreed. She had always loved being a vampire when she was younger. The idea of living forever was so appealing. Now that a lot of the people she loved were on the verge of death, she feared being left behind terribly. Now Brendon had made her realize she needed to make a change before it was too late.
Capella and Brendon just smiled at each other.
Mesarthim and Auriga's birthday was celebrated after Brendon got his breakfast.
I feel really lucky that all of my heirs have been born so close together. This would be a lot more difficult say if Mesarthim was already a teenager by the time Auriga was born.
The family decided to take Sheratan's two person car to the festival. I guess that Capella, Brendon, and Mesarthim are crammed in the trunk considering that Capella's head is sticking out of it.
The family of five had a great time at the festival. Capella reveled in feeling the sun properly and with enjoyment for the first time. To end the day off with a splash, Capella and Mesarthim paired off against Sheratan and Brendon in a fierce water balloon fight while Auriga was the referee.
