In all the chaos of handling a house full of children, Allura remembered to make some calls in time in order to set up a gift giving party. The guest list focused merely on bringing family over, but there were a few random people who popped by. It couldn't be minded too much. They did bring food and more presents to share.
The gift giving party also acted as Timothy's birthday party. The amount of cheers, claps, and party blowers dominated the whole first floor.
Someone is getting close to all grown up.
Speaking of growing up, the triplets had their birthday not long afterwards. Here's Celeste.
Evangeline.
And Oliver.
Considering that her children really were well-behaved, Allura was fine with ceasing her watching of her school aged children in their brief free time after breakfast but before the school bus came. Celeste, Evangeline, and Oliver were where her attention was truly needed. However, someone took the chance when she saw it, although she didn't do it stealthily enough. Abigail remained out in the open watching television when Allura came downstairs to find that her daughter hadn't bothered to get on the bus. Abigail was given a quick lecture and was grounded before Allura ushered her off to school properly.
I find it amusing that I thought these two might be identical when they were originally born. Nope. Now fully grown, Booker and Talmedge are totally distinctive even with the expected similarities they do have.
His older brothers left the household right as prom rolled around, so Timothy had to attend the event by himself. He had a relatively good night though. A few fights, a few pranks, a dance or two- the usual.
It took several days of the new spring season to pass for Allura to remember that she had plants outside. The life fruit and money tree were both worse for the wear, but she managed to get them back to an acceptable state before long.
Timothy and Abigail were willing to help her get some quality fertilizer when they spent an afternoon fishing for a brother and sister bonding trip.
Tallis came on by for a random visit. Allura enjoyed that the company she shared was a change of pace from her own children.
A passing raccoon had a serious problem with the family's trashcan. Timothy had to go out several times to stand it straight and get the trash back inside.
The bus passed by at an odd time with no one on it.
Allura thought the passing of the vehicle bizarre, but other matters commanded more of her attention. Like her children, age would creep up on her as well. Her birthday brought on wrinkles and worries, but it also brought on relief. She already had nine children, and though she was getting older she had plenty of time left.
Tallis must have been bored at his house seeing as how he kept on coming around to visit. Timothy and Abigail weren't overly fond of him pulling out his megaphone to rant considering they were the only ones around to listen.
Allura found his distractions useful though. Always liking a man in uniform, she and Breandon O'Shea got along well when she invited the off duty cop over. They snuck upstairs while Tallis continued to give Timothy and Abigail a headache.
Her brother calmed down by the time she and her guest were done. Tallis wanted to do nothing other then chat up the random guy coming down the stairs.
Perhaps wanting more screentime, Tallis also showed up on Abigail's birthday. He apparently found something confusing about her getting older. Perhaps he's having a hard time taking in that one of his sister's youngest children has already grown so much. Time is flying by.
Allura was doing her best to write up a new novel, but the lack of an office made it difficult. Tallis made sure Abigail celebrated her birthday with some tunes and dancing.
Baby #10 is on the way!
Yay! A new update.
ReplyDeleteWoah, Abigail's nose... way thinner than I thought. Her whole facial structure is a bit surprising!
Also you don't seem to have a sprinkler for your garden. If you auto-mate it (even if you don't) it'll save loads of time your sims would otherwise be spending on watering.
Yeah, that always happens with the alien Sims. Once they get past the Child stage, their faces really thin up.
ReplyDeleteI contemplated a sprinkler, but there's only the two plants. It's more a matter of me forgetting than it taking up Allura's time XD
So many people have colorful skin this generation!
ReplyDeleteAlso lol that's police officer looks really different outside of his uniforms XD
