Though she was pregnant, Lynette wasted no time heading out and meeting everyone that could be met. She kept coming across the same people during the day, so she took a nap in order to stay out late in hopes of widening her knowledge of the city's residents. The change of pace worked wonders. New faces were popping up all over the place. Lynette even had a great time as he explored all Starlight Shores had to offer. One of her favorite activities was watching terrible singers embarrass themselves while singing karaoke.
She got in her couple laughs in between all her introductions. Lynette had to remark at how much more open-minded, or perhaps naive, people in Starlight Shores were. She walked right up to one of the men she spotted outside. This interrupted the conversation he was having with his wife, and even when Lynette made tiny moves on him his wife stood there smiling the whole time as if nothing was wrong. She even chatted up Lynette merrily afterwards.
Melinda had the honor of having the first birthday in the new house.
As usual, she embraced her abnormal appearance and ever improving genie powers with vigor.
I forgot to let Lynette attend graduation back in Moonlight Falls, so she got the honor of becoming valedictorian in Starlight Shores instead. You can tell how much I care about editing everyone's clothes in this file by how wonderfully coordinated and fashionable their formal wear is. As it is, only the heirs get the honor of having proper outfits for each category because Kelsey is lazy.
The graduation ceremony lasted all of several seconds for Lynette, because she had to walk out of Town Hall as soon as she walked in because it was time for her baby bump!
Now not having to spend most of the afternoon attending a boring ceremony, the household used that free time to do activities of their own choosing. Despite hovering being awesome, Melinda wanted a more ground restricted mode of transportation. She somehow had gotten a cheap, old car in her inventory, so Ella gave her some driving lessons.
The game slowed, the music changed, a figure appeared- a thief!
However, the guy hardly made it past the front door thanks to the alarm. No toilet stealing for you, Mr. Burglar!
The alarm woke up everyone as usual, but since it was almost time for everyone to be up anyway I didn't bother sending anyone back to bed.
The cop who came to take care of the thief decided to stick around for a while. Lynette took advantage of the opportunity by expanding her list of potential donors. The cop loved conversing with her, and was thrilled when Lynette temporarily bestowed him with the power of flight.
That he eagerly listened to her stomach of his own free will was a good sign he would be called upon in the future.
It was impossible for Lynette to cut off all connections to her hometown or to abandon family traditions. An alchemy store was thankfully set up in the city, so Lynette used one of her last afternoons before she gave birth to explore what it had to offer. She met Jamar Whitfield again and managed to find several useful potions for sale.
Gwendolyn was enjoying her book so much she literally could not put it down.
Wondering if she should go for multiples her first time around, Lynette sat down at the last second to watch some children's television with Ella.
Lynette really had sat down at the last second, for she watched all of five minutes of television before she went into labor. Having been through the process so many times herself, Ella watched, unfazed.
A single baby human boy was born. Lynette named him Tuckery.
Lynette quickly got him comfortable in the nursery and got Ella watching over him as she wasted no time. Jamar was invited over to spend that good, old fashioned quality time with her. Every single child birth Lynette had meant she had to work extra hard to keep up with her mother.
Trevor tried to skip school. Ella was too preoccupied to yell at him, so Gwendolyn did the honors instead.
Lynette was able to get a lot of rest after her busy day. Little Tuckery was surrounded by so much love from his grandmother and aunts that he was never left alone.
